I have to share this because I am in total disbelief. Not only did the repair not fix the noise problem, but the new hard drive is noisy and sounds like its failing, but I looked at the properties in ‘my computer’ and they gave me the wrong OS!!!! How insane is this? They gave me windows media center 2002, I had to google to bring up the specs for my model, turned up the original costco ad for this model which clearly shows 2005.
Have you ever?? Like seriously. How hard is it to check you have the right OS before you install it?
